COACHING COUPLES - Parent/Child - Couples (Minimum 1 ½ hours) These sessions provide an opportunity in a neutral, positive, supportive and interactive environment to make authentic heart felt connections. We will personalize each session to focus on the heart and soul of each unique relationship. The horses will help guide you into living in the present and letting go of old patterns and habits of the past that no longer serve each of you in the relationship.

WANNA HORSE AROUND? - Daily (Minimum 2 hours) Engage in an authentic western experience. Savor a day at Broken Roads Ranch in the beautiful Rio Verde Foothills. You will enjoy incredible horses, learn the basics of cowboy horsemanship and have a great time while basking in breathtaking views. Guests will learn about approaching and communicating with horses and understanding “horse language.” This is a unique experience for you, your family and friends. THE EQUI-SPIRIT EXPERIENCE PRESENTS ...Cowboy Camp for Kids - Summer 2010
The Equi-Spirit Experience is now enrolling campers for this year’s sessions of “Cowboy Camp for Kids.” If your kids love horses and love being around horses this is the perfect camp for them to experience what it’s like to be a cowboy/cowgirl while learning about horses, ranch life, themselves, and others. For a summer camp that provides lasting education and empowerment for children, the Equi-Spirit Experience’s “Cowboy Camp for Kids” is the perfect mix of summer fun and life lessons at an authentic working ranch in beautiful North Scottsdale, Arizona.
During each day at camp, kids will have hands-on time with the horses and learn how to interact and communicate with them. The experiential nature of this camp is meant to be fun, creative, educational and innovative. Campers will have a great time and walk away with a better understanding of themselves and others. The “Cowboy Camp for Kids” accommodates children from the ages of 8-13.
Camp times are divided into two groups. Morning sessions will take place from 7:30am to 10:00am and afternoon sessions are from 5:30pm to 8:00pm daily. This schedule is designed to accommodate busy kids and parents who desire enriching morning and/or evening activities.

CORPORATE EVENTS Solid leadership is the cornerstone for any successful corporate organization. Cultivating and nurturing team work among employees is vital to create a productive, cohesive, collaborative environment where everyone can feel validated. Sometimes in a hierarchical bureaucracy there are issues such as egos, pretense and insubordination, which ultimately can jeopardize the foundation of the corporate infrastructure. Horses inherently are social, hierarchical animals, very much like humans. Horses in their natural environment live in a herd in which leadership too is essential. Horses seek leadership. It is critical as their lives depend on it. Each horse has a designated role, whether it's the lead mare or stallion or one of the peripheral horses that will be the first to alert the other horses to plausible danger. Their roles and behaviors are distinct and executed effortlessly with precision and mastery. Given the opportunity to observe and interact with horses and to better acquaint yourself with their unique methodology of communication provides an intriguing metaphor as to how people actually interact and communicate in their corporate structure or "Herd". Do you know who your leader is? Do you feel confident in your survival in your work place? Do you know how to maximize your role? People too have a definitive role to execute and perform on a daily basis. Horses understand that each role is equally important. There is no insubordination or hierarchical incongruence. Each horse contributes for the greater good of the herd. By participating in the Equi-Spirit Experience you

Got a little cowboy or cowgirl? Sign them up for the experience of a lifetime at Broken Road Ranch in North Scottsdale, Arizona.
The “Cowboy Camp for Kids” is a fun, educational and empowering day camp for kids to unbridle their inner cowboy/cowgirl. The kids will learn the basics of cowboy horsemanship including how to feed, saddle, groom, and properly care for horses. Campers will also be involved in activities that are specifically designed to enhance their interpersonal skills by focusing on core values and life lessons such as friendship, trust, self esteem, confidence, boundaries, communication, kindness, and teamwork. 
The camp is comprised of week-long sessions from June through July. Each week is designated according to age groups (8-13). Over the course of the each session, instructors will lead clinical learning with campers on Monday through Thursday, and on Friday, parents will be invited to participate in activities with the campers and attend a graduation ceremony. 
"Cowboy Camp for Kids" is $240.00 per camper, per session. Campers who sign up with a buddy or sibling for receive a 10% discount each. RIDING SKILLS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMP. Campers who wish to ride can participate in individual instruction after camp for an ADDITIONAL FEE.
